Clarification on assessments of aerosols or products with a sealed spray attachment (criterion H8.D) of aspiration hazard (H304)

If the product is classified as H304 (section 2.1 in the safety data sheet) and packed in an aerosol container or with a sealed spray attachment then the product need not to be labelled for the aspiration hazard in section 2.2 in the safety data sheet according to section 1.3.1 in CLP (Förordning - 1272/2008 - EN - EUR-Lex).

These products therefore meet criterion H8.D.
