BASTA's API is free to use, what must be done before login details can be obtained is to:

Sign an agreement regarding the use of the BASTA system's API
Provide contact information
Send your organization's logo (published on BASTA's website)
As well as providing information on what the API is to be used for (published on BASTA's website)
